How does VPN hack and proxy tricks work
There are many script kiddies out their sharing VPN tricks to hack ISP, increase speed or to attain free internet.
All of them suggest VPN with support for UDP protocol.
Many of them are for Indian ISPs, do ISP's pay those bloggers to do that? I didn't find any tricks for other countries
Even when VPN only encrypt the data, data is still flowing through ISP's server, which they have full control over it, so they can easily control/throttle user's speed. How can using VPN increase speed?

Also they are sharing some proxy trick for benefits stated above, they suggest some UDP proxies etc.
Saying that the proxy will soon be banned by ISP for hacking free internet.
